I did this LO for the first challenge in the New 'Hitchhikers Guide to Scrapbooking' class from Two Peas and Shimelle Laine. I picked out a bunch of stuff from the older October Afternoon Nightlight line. I ended up using what I picked for the most part- but sometimes it was because I switched sides of the paper. And I originally had a dark blue paper mat but wasn't liking it that well and got the bright idea to get out the masks and glimmer mists to make a fake mat instead.
I really like how this LO came out and I am pretty pleased at using some older stash I'd been hoarding :P
Supplies: OA PP, diecuts, stickers, sprinklers; Doodlebug buttons; Pink Paislee mask; TA Glimmer Mists; Bazzill CS; AC knockouts, thickers; EK Success punch; WRMK ink; CM pen

ReplyDeleteLove your layout. So fun and creative. Darling pics! I've hoarded that OA line too. It was the first OA line I bought and I was afraid to use it!
ReplyDeleteAwww what a cute layout.
ReplyDeleteLove how you used your glimmer mists to make our own background paper.
Great job with the misting
ReplyDeleteThank you Karen for following my blog! I hate it when a man thinks he can outsmart a woman! LOL I loved your layout, I am terrible at misting and you made it look easy! Love Penny Scrap-aholic@blogspot.com
