Carnivals and Washi = Fun

I have a serious love affair with Washi and Decorative tapes. I am just a tiny bit embarrassed to admit I must have 50 or so rolls with a few more on the way. So, while at Archivers a couple months ago, I decided to use them in lieu of much PP. This was actually pretty quick and easy to put together and I really ended up loving the final result :)

Supplies: Pebbles and Scenic Route PP;  Tapes are by PP, MME, AC and one unknown (can't remember); Letters are SC and AC. CS is Bazzill, TCW Mask, and mist SC
